DEFECTS / CORRUPTED ORDERS If a garment arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or the incorrect item is delivered, contact: DISTRICT303.WORLD@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and high-resolution photographic evidence of the defect. Replacements are issued strictly for verified industrial errors.
MISSING OR REROUTED FREIGHT Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Invalid Addresses: No responsibility is assumed for packages lost, destroyed, or abandoned due to incorrect address data provided at checkout. Buyer assumes all subsequent reshipment costs for returned freight.
